It watches how the form is filled
Typing rhythm, mouse movement, focus, time on page and hidden fields — signals a script gets wrong and a person never notices.

Each submission gets a score
Real shoppers pass straight through. A suspicious score sees a short challenge; only a clearly hostile one is blocked.

It catches every way a form is sent
Normal submits, JavaScript fetch and jQuery AJAX alike, so a bot can't simply skip the button.

Your rules on top
Block countries and IP ranges you never sell to; repeated offenders are blacklisted automatically.
What you need
- Magento 2.4.4 or later, Hyvä or Luma
- Or Medusa v2, Shopify or WooCommerce 7.0+, with the Devexa connector
- A Devexa plan that includes SmartShield (SmartShield, Business or higher)
Set it up
- 1 Install the modules and add your licence key.
- 2 Under Stores › Configuration › Devexa › SmartShield, enable it and tick the forms to protect.
- 3 Optional: add country or IP rules, and extra forms by CSS selector.

Will real customers ever see a challenge?
Rarely. Only submissions that score as suspicious see one, and it is a short delay, a checkbox or a simple sum — never a picture puzzle.
Does it replace reCAPTCHA?
Yes, on the forms you tick. Turn reCAPTCHA off there to remove the friction it adds for real people.
Can I protect a custom form?
Yes — add its CSS selector in the configuration.
